Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 cup Milk
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line four muffin tins with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Gradually add the milk until the batter is smooth.
Divide the batter evenly between the muffin tins. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
